These works, carried out by <strong>Viteos<\/strong>, will enable the installation of the site&#8217;s essential energy infrastructures, including <strong>district heating (CAD), electricity, district cooling (FAD) and temporary public lighting<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>As usual, Viteos will inform residents affected by any <strong>water or electricity cuts<\/strong> in good time by post.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Temporary facilities and impact on traffic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To ensure that the work goes smoothly, several adaptations will be made in the area:<\/p>\n\n<p>\ud83d\uded1 <strong>Pedestrian access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The staircase to the north of rue <strong>Jaquet-Droz<\/strong> will be closed from <strong>March 17<\/strong>, and will remain inaccessible until the works are completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safe pedestrian access<\/strong> will be provided and maintained along Rue Jaquet-Droz throughout the works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\ud83d\ude97 <strong>Parking &amp; traffic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temporary removal of blue spaces<\/strong> north of Rue <strong>Jaquet-Droz<\/strong>, from <strong>March 31 to May 30, 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Traffic modification<\/strong>: a <strong>one-way downhill<\/strong> system will be introduced between <strong>Jaquet-Droz Nord and Marie de Neumourg<\/strong> during the same period<strong>(March 31 &#8211; May 30, 2025<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The <strong>official launch of the JD7 project<\/strong> is scheduled for <strong>June 30, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>To see a detailed plan of the preparatory work, click <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jd7.ch\/app\/uploads\/Schema-plan-de-phasage-et-dinstallation-chantier.pdf\">HERE<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>First temporary layouts and modifications in preparation for site launch From March 17, 2025, a first phase of work will be carried out to prepare for the opening of the JD7 site.
